There’s nothing more exciting than exploring a site nested in one of the busiest intersections in Fort Worth. This office was designed to give its office tenants a bright and open space. We chose to use a simple, programing layout to enhance the space and to make the site as efficient to maximize parking. We also designed the stairwell to be open and inviting to encourage the office tenants to use the stairs as much as possible.
